Women's 5 match series 2021 - har startet..!
Som de gjorde i 2020, skal Falken Girls og Vestli Womens spille en 5-kampers turnering mot seier og pokal.

WHAT AN ASTONISHING START!!
"Though the pandemic has put stop to the cricket(training sessions) for long period of time, the women carried it from where they left at last season. Fantastic atmosphere all around. Great energy from ball one. The outfield was slow which resulted a lot of running between the wickets but girls never gave up and showed a lot of energy.
Thanks and Kudos to each and everyone from both Vestli and Falken for taking forward women in cricket in Norway.. Thanks for the support by NCF. "

...an exciting game
"When the two experienced women teams in Norway met each other on 22nd July in the season opener, it called for an exciting game. And that is what it exactly turned out to be. Batters from both sides put a price on their wicket and ballers had to toil hard on a sunny day. Some good piece of fielding in the outfield and behind the stumps eventually gave the fielding side breakthroughs. While the seasoned players showcased their cricketing skills a special mention to youngsters Hina, Farima and Aanchal who were very good in the outfield."

I tillegg spiller jentene i serien som inkluderer nykommeren - jentene fra Fjord CK. Beklageligvis måtte MASK og Nittedal trekke sine registrerte lag - de vil bli savnet. Vi håper dog å se noen MASK- og Nittedalsspillere som gjestespillere på Vestli, Falken Girls og/eller Fjord. Nå er det viktig å få alle aktive ut å banen, for et felles løft.
